• If you or multiple colleagues have an idea for a 60 to 90-minute Interactive Session, such as a workshop or panel discussion (among other formats), then please consider putting together a fully planned proposal by 15 November. The session proposal can provide a focus on the areas within our main topics of Eco Innovation, Health Horizons, Biotechnology, and Engagement & Growth.
   

• You can submit an abstract for a Session Talk on cutting-edge research or field of expertise. This is a 10-minute presentation followed by a 5-minute Q&A with the audience. These talks are grouped into sessions on a similar topic. The deadline is 24 January 2025.
   
• You can also submit abstracts for Poster Displays and Flash Talks. The deadline is also 24 January 2025.
