Suggestions for Scientific Spring Meeting 2015

The scientific committee is currently preparing the programme for the 2015 Scientific Spring Meeting KNVM & NVMM. In order to provide the delegates with an exciting programme we would like you to participate by providing ideas for sessions within this meeting.

You are invited to submit a suggestion for a session during the Scientific Spring Meeting, which will be held on 14 & 15 April 2015. The duration of a session is 1,5 hours and includes talks of 15 min each. It is allowed to suggest at most 2 speakers that give a talk of 30 min (so 1x 30 mins and 4x 15 mins, or 2 x 30 mins and 2 x 15 mins). Any theme is welcomed: from basic science to applied and clinical research. Unlike previous years, there is no necessity to keep slots open for participants handing in abstracts!

1. Theme/title
2. Moderator(s)
3. Speaker(s) (maximum 6)
4. Working title/subject for the invited speakers

Please note that the budget to invite foreign speakers is limited. You may therefore suggest a maximum of 1 European speaker. No allowance is available for the other speakers. All speakers, as well as the chairperson(s) have to register and pay for the symposium!

The scientific committee will compose a balanced congress programme from the received suggestions. You will be notified as soon as possible about your suggestion (latest 1 October 2014).
