FEMS Image Contest

Create an image, infographic or 1 to 2 minute video showing microbiology in a nutshell. The more powerful, attractive and colorful the image is, the better. After all, when translating microbiology to the public, aesthetics win over technical images. The Competition, which is open to individuals or teams, opened 25 February 2014, and will close midnight 31 July 2014, GMT. All entries must be received prior to this date and time in order to be considered.

PRIZES
The winning images will be profiled on the prestigious OUP Tumblr feed, which was named one of Tumblr’s new and noteworthy blogs of 2013, and has over 60,000 followers (as at Feb 2014). The “Best Image” will be awarded £ 250 in OUP book tokens.
